About the role
Work in our showroom with interior designers, homeowners, and trade professionals. Provide recommendations to meet space, style, and cost requirements while building lasting relationships by exceeding customer expectations. Understand installation and use of all products to educate customers, track established individual sales goals, and keep customers updated on store orders. Present yourself in a professional manner at all times and meet personal sales expectations while contributing to team goals. Other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting tile and related products that fit their design vision and budget.
- Educate customers on product installation, care, and usage.
- Track and achieve individual sales targets.
- Monitor store orders and provide timely product updates to customers.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
- Collaborate with team members to meet overall store sales goals.
Qualifications

- Excellent interpersonal skills; a natural people person.
- Willingness to learn and grow independently and from feedback.
- Ability to perform well under high pressure and multitask.
- Detail‑oriented and highly organized.
- Sense of design, including knowledge of various styles, colors, and textures.

- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
Pay
Hourly wage from $17–$19 per hour, with the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions. The position is part‑time, typically 20–30 hours per week.
