About the Role

The Part-Time Core Sales Associate is responsible for providing a world-class customer experience, exceeding sales goals, and engaging customers through product knowledge and authentic connections. They support store operations, uphold merchandising standards, and foster brand loyalty by creating memorable shopping moments. The role involves cross-training across store functions, mentoring new team members, and living the brand values of Dream, Care, Dare, and Deliver.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of high-performance selling experience
• Strong communication skills and ability to connect with people at all levels
• Must be at least 18 years old with proof of identity and eligibility to work
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Preferred availability of 20+ hours weekly
