About the role

Sales Associate in the Operations department, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving product sales.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service, assisting customers in-store and during peak periods.
• Promote and sell merchandise and services, actively supporting sales goals.
• Maintain knowledge of products, policies, and visual standards to ensure a consistent brand experience.
• Assist with daily store operations including shipments, maintenance, and organization.
• Identify merchandise needs and communicate concerns to management.
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.
• Protect company assets by adhering to internal control procedures.

Requirements

• 0-2 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
