Responsibilities

• Provide a fun and unique guest experience by demonstrating and selling the hottest trending products
• Maximize store sales by achieving and surpassing personal productivity goals
• Maintain a high level of passion and energy while providing expert-level product knowledge
• Create a fun and interactive atmosphere, including storefront demonstrations
• Drive sales through customer engagement, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge
• Achieve and maintain sales goals and key metrics
• Assist in daily store tasks such as merchandising, price changes, and stock management

Requirements

• High level of customer focus with clear and engaging communication skills
• Time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in group settings
• Flexible availability – including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Punctual and dependable
• Demonstration experience is an asset
