Responsibilities

• Aid customers in discovering one-of-a-kind furniture and decor
• Support store operations, including managing sales floor flow and merchandising
• Create an inviting, lively shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

Requirements

• Must be able to follow directions and maintain a professional demeanor
• Own transportation is required
• Willing and able to lift up to 50 lbs daily
• One to two years of retail and sales experience, plus basic math skills
• Weekend availability mandatory
• Flexible schedule preferred
• Basic computer literacy and experience with social media, styling merchandise, and photography
• Motivated to drive sales and meet goals
• Adhere to store appearance standards and provide excellent customer service
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
