About the role

This position is responsible for enhancing customer experiences through exceptional service and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Knowledgeably assist customers in finding products that meet their needs.
• Ensure store cleanliness and organized merchandise displays.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Customer service background.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).

Pay

Hourly rate: $15 - $18 per hour

Schedule

Shifts are typically 6 hours long, Monday through Saturday.
