Part-Time Sales Associate

Role Overview Serve as a Cashier and/or Stocker, acting as a lead in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. Assist in maintaining plan-o-grams, stocking, merchandising, and providing exceptional customer service. Ensure store cleanliness, organize displays, and perform cash register operations. Key Responsibilities Unload trucks and stock merchandise, rotate stock, and build displays.Assist customers in locating items and operate cash registers efficiently.Maintain store cleanliness, including dusting, mopping, and restroom sanitation.Follow company procedures for receiving, unpacking, and ordering merchandise.In absence of managers, authorize refunds, count registers, and handle deposits.Monitor cash levels, oversee security practices, and complete necessary documentation. Qualifications & Skills Strong mathematical skills, knowledge of cash handling and safety policies, effective communication, and ability to follow plan-o-grams. High school diploma or equivalent preferred, along with six months of supervisory or related experience. Relocation assistance is not available.
