Role Description: The Part-Time Sales Associate at Lane Bryant in Fargo, ND is an on-site role focused on delivering a welcoming, inclusive, and service-oriented customer experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include greeting and assisting customers, providing styling recommendations, and promoting current promotions and loyalty programs. The Sales Associate supports store operations by replenishing merchandise, maintaining visual standards, processing transactions at the register, and ensuring fitting rooms and sales floors are clean and organized. This role also involves learning product features and fit solutions, contributing to sales goals, and collaborating with team members to create a positive store environment. Availability for a flexible, part-time schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
