As a Sales Associate at Lacoste, you will be the face of our brand, engaging with customers and ensuring they have a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities
- Greet customers, understand their needs, and provide assistance in selecting products.
- Drive sales through excellent product knowledge and customer engagement.
- Keep the sales floor organized, stocked, and tidy. Ensure products are displayed attractively.
- Operate the cash register, handle transactions accurately, and ensure a balanced cash drawer.
- Stay informed about new products and promotions, and communicate this information to customers effectively.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals and provide a high standard of customer service.
- Actively seek feedback from supervisors to improve sales performance.
