Part-time Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, personalized customer service and styling support
• Aid customers by understanding their needs and recommending appropriate products
• Support the team in achieving daily and weekly sales targets
• Help maintain store visual standards and overall presentation
• Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system
• Afford inventory tasks such as restocking, replenishment, and receiving merchandise
• Contribute to general store organization and upkeep
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and loss prevention standards

Requirements

• Previous retail or fashion experience an asset, but not required
• Friendly, approachable, and professional with a positive attitude
• Customer-focused with an interest in sales and fashion
• Willingness to learn product knowledge and brand standards
• Able to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Comfortable in a fast-paced retail setting
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
