About the role

We are looking for a part-time sales assistant for our upcoming community in Jefferson City, MO. This position offers a professional opportunity to be a key contributor to our sales team and gain a behind-the-scenes view of the most successful home builder in the St. Louis region.

Schedule

• 2-3 days per week plus occasional weekends
• Hours: 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. daily, except Tuesdays and Thursdays (10:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.)

Pay

$15.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Help home buyers understand floor plans and unique features available
• Schedule appointments and follow up with prospects
• Perform administrative tasks
• Maintain organization of the sales office
