About the role
McBride Homes, Missouri's largest home builder and an industry leader in residential new home construction, is seeking part-time Sales Assistants for the St. Louis area. With an expected 800 closings in 2026, McBride is recognized as the 33rd largest privately owned builder in the United States and the 69th largest overall according to Builder Magazine.
Schedule
- 2-3 days per week plus occasional weekends
- Hours: 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. daily, except Tuesdays and Thursdays (10:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.)
Pay
$15.00 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Guide home buyers on tours of display homes and explain floor plans and unique features
- Schedule appointments and follow up with prospects
- Perform administrative tasks and maintain an organized sales office
Requirements
- Customer service or sales experience
- Excellent communication skills and a professional appearance and demeanor
- Basic computer skills
