Ralph Lauren Corporation is seeking enthusiastic Cashiers to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals who want to make a difference by providing exceptional customer service and transaction processing in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

  • Create exceptional customer experiences by greeting customers warmly and handling inquiries professionally.
  • Cross-sell and upsell products to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Share product knowledge and passion for Ralph Lauren fashion with customers.
  • Process all sales transactions efficiently, including cash, credit, debit, and checks.
  • Validate and inspect returned merchandise, ensuring it is in saleable condition and eligible for return.
  • Escalate any concerns to management as needed.
  • Manage promotional offers and coupon redemption accurately.
  • Execute Ship to Home orders with precision.
  • Maintain customer profiles in the Point of Sale (POS) system.
  • Accurately process merchandise, including scanning, folding, and bagging.
  • Maintain cleanliness of cash wrap, queue line, and surrounding areas.
  • Support visual merchandising standards following company guidelines.
  • Provide feedback to management on product and category opportunities.

Requirements

  • Customer service and sales experience or similar industry experience in a complex, high-volume or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers and store personnel.
  • Ability to maneuver around the sales floor, stock/dressing room, cashwrap, and office; work around/with chemicals, lift/climb up to 30 lbs., and climb moderately.
  • Ability to operate the register, stand, move, and walk for multiple hours.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, which may include day, evening, weekends, overnight shifts, and travel (as required).
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, management, and co-workers.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if applicable).

Pay
