About the role
The Respiratory Therapist provides comprehensive respiratory care to patients of all ages under the supervision of medical leadership.
Responsibilities
- Set up and manage mechanical ventilation
- Administer emergency care
- Assist with cardiopulmonary resuscitation and intubations
- Monitor physiological responses to therapies
- Educate patients and families about conditions
- Teach disease management techniques
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited associate's degree respiratory program
- Current licensure as a Registered Respiratory Therapist in Florida
Skills
- Clinical expertise in respiratory and life support procedures

Pay
Sign-on bonuses based on experience: $20,000 for less than one year of experience and $30,000 for more experienced therapists.
