Part-Time RN - Cardiac Imaging

Role: RN, Cardiac Imaging Responsibilities: Perform stress testing and conduct patient assessments, collecting health data involving patients, families, and healthcare teams.Develop and communicate individualized care plans, evaluate patient progress, and document health data, interventions, and communications.Assist technical staff with contrast injections, venipuncture, medication administration, oxygen therapy, and IV management.Provide patient and family education tailored to learning needs.Participate in performance improvement activities, nursing research, and stay current with trends in cardiac diagnostic testing through ongoing education.Support evidence-based care, contribute to peer and student development, and ensure HIPAA compliance.Transport acutely ill patients as needed and support team efforts. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.Certifications: BLS, ACLS.Experience in Cardiac Imaging, with prior stress testing experience preferred.Strong critical thinking skills.
