Core Responsibilities
- Affords assistance to the ASM and SM in maintaining holiday, attendance, and team schedules.
- Effectively supervises Sales Associates during shifts, addressing issues appropriately and in accordance with LEGO policies and procedures, with support from the ASM and SM, providing timely coaching and feedback.
- Completes orders for store and office supplies in compliance with guidelines and operating budgets.
- Fulfills money handling procedures for all Sales Associates.
- Maintains an organized stockroom at all times and ensures all available products are merchandised on the shop floor, while achieving loss prevention targets.
- Assists the ASM and SM in achieving a high standard of merchandise presentation in line with LEGO Brand Retail guidelines.
- Provides training to enhance the team's ability to exceed high standards of customer service, product knowledge, and sales.
- Trains Sales Associates on visual merchandising techniques according to LEGO Brand Retail guidelines.
- Empowers and develops a high-performance team by sharing the LEGO Brand, Vision, and Values.
- Delivers inspirational retail experiences built on LEGO Brand values.
Experience
- Enhance profitable sales by regularly reviewing sales and margin information.
- Afford to ensure appropriate and effective space management techniques are used.
- Maintain the Store graphics system (including pricing) effectively, focusing on customer service and maximizing profitable sales.
- Evaluate and communicate on competitor visual merchandising techniques, seeking opportunities to develop the business further.
- Train Sales Associates on visual merchandising techniques according to LEGO Brand Retail guidelines.
- Empower and develop a high-performance team by sharing the LEGO Brand, Vision, and Values.
- Deliver inspirational retail experiences built on LEGO Brand values.
Physical Requirements
- Constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours.
- May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
- Vision abilities include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
- Lifts at least 30 lbs.
Availability
Weekend availability is a necessity.
Pay and Schedule
The hourly wage for the position has a range of $23.50-$24.90 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of any benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.
