Part-Time Retail Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Builds talent by supporting the recruitment and development of the sales team.
• Supports the training and development of new sales associates.
• Affords ongoing coaching and feedback to team members.
• Aids in driving workplace engagement and motivation within the store.
• Surpasses expectations regarding customer service and empowers the team to adhere to customer service protocols.
• Builds a unique and lasting relationship with customers.
• Trains staff on new products and promotions.
• Maintains company expectations around store presentation standards, retail policies and procedures, store cleanliness and safety standards.
• Aid in inventory management and stock control.
• Operates as keyholder with responsibility to support opening/closing of store and cash registers.
• Aids in employee scheduling and payroll approvals to support optimal staffing.
• Supports sales initiatives, promotional activities, and the retail store’s outreach programs to raise awareness and foster relationships that support Lakeshore’s goals.

• Requirements:
• 1-year related retail management experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.

• Hourly: $18/hr starting base pay.
