What to expect

• Use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options
• Be a part of the community through events
• Fill online orders
• Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers
• Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends
• Monthly seniority-based schedules are available 2 weeks in advance
• Stay current with evolving tech in a fast-paced, flexible environment

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, but not required
• No sales experience? We'll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals

Pay

Part-time Retail Sales Consultants work between 20-24 hours and earn between $27,130 - $48,000, including hourly rate and uncapped commission opportunities for top sellers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. Salary range is dependent on if all sales goals are met and/or exceeded.

Schedule
