Part Time Retail Sales Consultant
About the role
Our part-time careers allow you to optimize your earning potential by working during the store’s busiest times, including evening and weekend hours. You’ll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options, participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
This is a fast-paced environment where flexibility and openness to change will help you stay current with evolving technology and customer needs. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, but we provide tools, training, and coaching to help you meet and exceed your goals.
Schedule
You’ll work a schedule between 9am–9pm, including weekends, with monthly seniority-based schedules available 2 weeks in advance.
Weekly hours: 20
Pay
Retail Sales Consultants earn between $26,500 to $48,000 annually, including hourly rate and uncapped commission opportunities for top sellers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
