About the role
This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered.
Responsibilities
- Use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options
- Participate in community events
- Fill online orders
- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers
- Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends
Requirements
- No prior retail or customer-facing sales experience required
- Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus

Pay
- Earnings range from $21.7125 - $25.6125 per hour
- Commission of up to $6,850 if all sales goals are met
- Average annual compensation of $30,725 for those working 20-24 hours per week

- Monthly seniority-based schedules available 2 weeks in advance
