Part Time Retail Sales Consultant - APPLETON, WI

About the role
On the sales floor, you’ll use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options, where your drive and passion for helping people will shine. You’ll engage with the community through events, fulfill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
Schedule
You’ll work a schedule between 9am–9pm, including weekends, to be available when customers need you. Monthly seniority-based schedules are posted two weeks in advance.
Pay
Retail Sales Consultants earn between $47,000 to $75,000 annually, including an hourly rate and uncapped commission opportunities for top sellers. Individual starting salary within this range may vary based on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.

Requirements
- Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, but not required—training and coaching will be provided
