Pay

$15.95 per hour.

Schedule

Retail Centers are open 9AM to 9PM Mondays through Saturdays and 9AM to 8PM Sundays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and responding to inquiries professionally.
• Operate a point-of-sale (POS) cash register system, ensuring accurate product pricing and transactions.
• Verify till counts, complete accurate cashier transactions, and maintain a balanced cash drawer.
• Drive the roundup initiative by engaging customers and sharing knowledge of the supported mission.
• Assist customers with questions, concerns, and purchases while upholding company values.
• Complete opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor by regularly cleaning shelves, picking up items, and restocking products.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-stocked POS area, sales floor, and restrooms.
• Initiate customer delight/power hour calls over the intercom to organize and clean the sales floor.
• Follow all retail center policies, safety processes, and procedures.
• Cross-train in other departments or areas and act as a backup when required.
• Perform additional duties as needed.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• One year of retail sales or cash handling experience is preferred.
• Accuracy with numbers, calculations, and understanding of U.S. currency.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication).
• Effective communication with customers, managers, supervisors, staff, and peers.
• Ability to operate a computer-based cash register and credit card machine.
• Ability to withstand prolonged standing, bending, and lifting for up to eight hours per day.
• Color vision for accurate transactions.
• Ability to work a varied schedule, including weekends, evenings, holidays, and occasional overtime.
