Part-Time Retail Sales Associate (Daytime Availability Needed!)

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly and courteously.
• Maintain product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
• Resolve customer issues or escalate them as needed.
• Engage in customer outreach and drive loyalty through brand‑awareness initiatives.
• Maintain overall store cleanliness, keeping the sales floor, stockroom, and common areas tidy and presentable.
• Replenish stock and manage inventory on the sales floor.
• Support store and team sales targets while increasing customer loyalty.
• Assist with merchandising and store displays.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Participate in training programs and staff meetings.
• Provide peer training and support to new team members.
• Seek feedback and actively engage in personal development.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience (a plus).
• Ability to work part‑time with a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Knowledge of cash register/POS systems (a plus).
• Strong customer‑engagement skills and ability to maintain product knowledge.
• Experience with customer outreach and brand‑awareness initiatives (preferred).
• Commitment to building service standards in sales and merchandising.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to climb a ladder.
• Lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently.
• Bending, stooping, and kneeling required frequently.
• Climbing ladders occasionally.
• Routine standing for the duration of an 8‑hour shift.
• Ability to work varied hours and days, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay

Hourly: $13 /hr starting base pay.
