Part Time - Retail Sales Associate

About the role

Deliver an exceptional customer shopping experience by greeting guests, maintaining store cleanliness, stocking shelves, and operating the cash register. Support store operations, participate in all areas of the store, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service
• Operate cash registers efficiently
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization
• Stock shelves, coolers, and freezers
• Assist with brewing coffee and other store tasks
• Support team efforts to uphold high standards

Requirements

• Preferred High School diploma or GED
• 3-6 months retail or guest service experience preferred
• Strong communication, high energy, adaptability, teamwork, and basic computer skills
• ServSafe/Food Safety certification is a plus but not mandatory
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work in cold environments
• Uniforms required; may work in multiple store locations

Schedule

Part-time or full-time roles with varying hours, including weekends and holidays.
