Role Overview
This position is responsible for meeting customer bagged ice needs and optimizing equipment productivity across assigned locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish ongoing relationships with store management
- Complete scheduled routes
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage in-store inventory
- Adequately adhere to vendor policies
Service and Maintenance
- Service and maintain Ice Factory machines
- Perform cleaning and repairs
- Document activities accurately
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience desirable
- Valid driver's license required
- Demonstrate strong safety awareness
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Work in fast-paced environments
- Adapt to changing conditions essential
Additional Duties
- Participate in training
- Contribute to process improvements using lean methodologies
- Maintain high safety standards
