Part Time Retail Cashier

About the role

Our cashiers provide fast, friendly, and accurate customer service in a dynamic environment. They handle transactions, assist customers with product inquiries, and ensure food safety standards. Flexibility and teamwork are essential, and training is provided for those without experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with finding items, answering questions, and meeting needs
• Balance cash register and process transactions, promoting additional sales
• Maintain food safety and sanitation of food and deli items
• Clean work areas, sales floor, restrooms, pumps, and manage trash
• Cross-train in departments such as Restaurant Services, Fresh Kitchen, and Maintenance
• Lift and move items over 25 pounds; work in various temperature conditions
