Part-Time Retail Banker Floating

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED completion by the end of your graduating year is required.
• 1 - 2 years post-secondary education and/or cash handling, customer service, relevant banking, or professional experience preferred.
• Position will begin as a Retail Banker with the intent of promotion to Retail Banking Specialist as skills are mastered.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, typing, 10-key, and utilization of the internet is required.
• Commitment to demonstrating First Security's Core 5 values with customers and coworkers.

Requirements

• Holds a valid driver's license with access to a vehicle that can be used for business travel purposes.
• Maintains attention to detail and completes work projects accurately in a short amount of time, despite interruptions.
• Interacts with customers/coworkers in a calm and patient manner and maintains confidentiality and professionalism in all situations.
• Uses basic mathematical skills, including adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing numbers.
• Reads and interprets documents and drafts routine written communications.

Skills

• Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, typing, 10-key, and utilization of the internet.
• Ability to speak and hear well enough to carry on customer interactions, conversations, and presentations both in person and over telecommunications.
• Basic mathematical skills, including adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing numbers.
• Reads and interprets documents and drafts routine written communications.

Benefits

• Regularly Scheduled Hours/Week: up to 29 hours per week
• Tuesday and Thursday 8:30am - 5:30pm
• Saturday 8:00am -12:00pm (typically 3-4 per month)
