Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests, initiate conversations, answer all questions related to our retail line or products, restock, and operate a cash register.
• Must be approachable and seek to understand our guests’ needs.
• Must provide a genuine Thank You to every guest.
• Greet, welcome, and extend service to customers while meeting or exceeding service standards.
• Aid visitors with the purchase of gifts, candy, and souvenirs.
• Restock supplies and maintain a clean work area.
• Operate a cash register.

Requirements

• Maintain a neat appearance and adhere to the uniform standards.
• Work in a fast-paced environment.
• Have problem-solving skills.
• General retail knowledge a plus.
• Be able to walk or stand for 5-8 hours.
• Be able to push, pull, lift, and carry 25-50 lbs with the possibility of overhead lifting.
• Be able to tolerate repetitive motion of the hands, fingers, and wrists.
• Communicate effectively with guests and fellow coworkers and function effectively as part of a team.
• Have basic math skills (addition and subtraction).
• Be able to operate a cash register.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not required.
• Retail sales work experience is preferred but not required.

Skills

• Approachable and courteous.
• Knowledgeable about products.
• Ability to clearly communicate with guests and assist them with questions.
• Professional demeanor.

Benefits

Pay

$14.00 per hour or more based on experience.

Schedule

Requires availability to work nights, weekends, and holiday shifts.
