Part Time - Retail Associate

Position Overview: This role involves providing exceptional guest service by bagging groceries, assisting with carry-out and vehicle loading, retrieving carts, and performing janitorial duties. The associate contributes to the store's financial success by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and product availability, while adhering to safety and food safety guidelines. Key Responsibilities Use proper bagging techniques and supplies to handle guest purchases.Maintain cleanliness of bottle bins, machines, and return areas.Collect, organize, and load groceries into customers' vehicles.Familiarity with store product locations and handling damaged items per guidelines.Ensure the department is clean, well-stocked, and attractive.Perform cleaning duties and other tasks promptly, working independently as needed.Follow PPE, safety, food safety, and guest experience standards.Assist in other departments based on customer needs and perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills High School Diploma (GED preferred).Good communication skills and polite customer interaction. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods, and work in varied temperatures and weather conditions.
