About the role

Responsible for delivering a high-quality customer experience through engaging interactions, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and adhering to operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Model and support customer experience principles for internal and external customers
• Accurately process transactions, returns, and promote credit and loyalty programs
• Follow merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for the sales floor
• Participate in store recovery, maintenance, and cleanliness efforts
• Support loss prevention initiatives and safety protocols
• Contribute to a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support store needs

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changes
• Physical capability to lift heavy objects with or without accommodation
• Effective teamwork and collaboration abilities
• Retail experience preferred
