About the Role

The Store Associate is a key team member responsible for creating a positive customer experience by providing enthusiastic brand representation, building relationships, and exceeding customer expectations. They contribute to the store's success and embody the company's culture centered on diversity and inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to deliver exceptional service and foster emotional connections.
• Support team goals to maintain the store's position as a top sports retailer.
• Operate effectively in a dynamic retail environment, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 25-50 pounds.
• Use basic numeracy, literacy, and communication skills to assist customers and perform daily tasks.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED (pursuit acceptable).
• Preferred retail experience of 3-6 months.
• Must be 16 years or older.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Physical ability to perform job duties, including vision requirements and lifting.
