Part-Time Retail Associate

About the role

Responsible for delivering a high-quality customer experience by engaging with customers, maintaining store cleanliness, and adhering to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. May be cross-trained to support various store functions.

Responsibilities

• Model excellent customer service practices with internal and external customers
• Support a positive store culture built on honesty, integrity, and respect
• Process transactions accurately, promote loyalty programs, and uphold merchandising standards
• Assist in store recovery, maintain cleanliness, and support safety initiatives
• Participate in loss prevention, recognize feedback, and support store goals
• Perform other assigned duties as needed

• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication, organizational, and multi-tasking abilities
• Ability to work flexibly and respond to changing priorities
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without accommodation
• Team-oriented with effective collaboration skills
• Retail experience preferred
