About the role

Delivering a memorable MOD experience through fast, friendly service and high-quality food preparation is the key responsibility of this Crew Member role.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve pizzas, salads, and menu items adhering to safety and quality standards.
• Ensure timely and consistent order fulfillment.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and a welcoming environment.
• Engage with guests to provide excellent hospitality and build rapport.
• Follow instructions, accept coaching, and contribute to team success.

Qualifications

No prior experience is required; however, a passion for connecting with people and a willingness to learn are necessary. The candidate must be at least 16 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.

• Ability to follow processes consistently and demonstrate punctuality.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.

Requirements

Obtain food safety certification within 30 days if required by law.
