About the role

As a Crew Member, you will deliver a memorable MOD experience by preparing and serving high-quality pizzas, salads, and menu items in a fast, friendly, and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Make and package food adhering to safety and quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
• Provide friendly, accurate, and efficient service to guests
• Follow instructions and accept coaching from leadership
• Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• No prior experience required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to follow processes and instructions consistently
• At least 16 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to obtain food safety certification within 30 days
