Responsibilities

• Make menu items following standards
• Ensure timely and consistent order preparation
• Maintain food safety procedures
• Keep the store clean and organized
• Demonstrate friendly hospitality
• Follow instructions and coaching
• Engage with guests
• Promote teamwork to create a positive experience for both guests and staff

Qualifications & Skills

No prior experience required; must be at least 16 years old, authorized to work in the U.S., and willing to obtain food safety certification. Demonstrate passion for connecting with people, follow processes, show punctuality, and have a desire to learn and contribute. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude.
