Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve pizzas, salads, and menu items following quality and safety standards.
• Ensure timely and consistent order preparation, adhering to food safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting workspace to enhance guest experience.
• Provide friendly, fast, and accurate service while engaging with guests and team members.
• Follow instructions, accept coaching, and share knowledge to support team success.
• Demonstrate a passion for hospitality and serve with a mindset of care and engagement.
• Deliver high-quality food and service, uphold safety standards, create a welcoming environment, and work collaboratively to ensure a memorable guest experience.

Requirements

• No prior experience required; willingness to learn and contribute is essential.
• Strong communication, punctuality, and attendance record.
• Ability to follow processes and instructions consistently.
• At least 16 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Willingness to obtain food safety and/or alcohol certifications within 30 days if required.
