Part-Time Respiratory Therapist

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered respiratory care and education
• Perform ventilator management, airway procedures, and ABG sampling
• Collaborate with healthcare team on patient care planning
• Mentor new staff and students
• Promote safety, quality, and evidence-based practices
• Maintain compliance with policies and documentation standards

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum education: Associates or Bachelors in Respiratory Therapy
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, NBRC-RRT or RCP upon hire
• Experience: 0-2 years clinical experience, with at least 6 months in critical care
• Skills: Strong communication, critical thinking, teamwork, assessment abilities, and computer proficiency
