Responsibilities
- Establishing and maintaining a safe, healthy, and nurturing learning environment
- Social and emotional development support
- Positive and effective family relations
- Collaboration with classroom teachers and the entire faculty
Qualifications
- Show empathy and compassion for young children
- Be dependable and adaptable
- Enjoy working together toward a common goal
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. related to handling children for program facilitation, child safety, and potential emergency situations
- For Infant and Young Toddler Teachers: Properly lift infants into and out of a crib
