Part Time Remote Sales Representative
About the role
This is a remote, part-time opportunity designed to be built alongside your current job, family, school, or other commitments. Start with approximately 10 to 15 hours per week and scale your schedule as you gain experience. You can remain part-time or grow into full-time production over time.
As a 1099 independent contractor, you will build your own insurance business with commission-based earnings. Auvita provides training, systems, carrier relationships, technology, mentorship, and support to help you establish and grow your business.
Responsibilities
- Speak with clients by phone or video to learn about their needs, budget, and current coverage
- Review options from multiple insurance carriers
- Help clients with life insurance, mortgage protection, final expense, Medicare, and retirement solutions
- Run quotes and explain coverage options
- Submit applications and follow cases through placement
- Maintain relationships with clients
- Build and own your own book of business
Requirements
- No previous insurance experience required
- Must be coachable, follow through, and willing to consistently work a proven process
- If not currently licensed, you will need to obtain a life insurance license before working with clients (guidance provided)
- Strong communication skills

Pay
This is a commission-based opportunity as a 1099 independent contractor. Income is based on individual production, with potential for increased contract levels, production bonuses, and residual income.
