Role And Responsibilities
Licensed therapists will provide behavioral health care via telehealth, focusing on delivering quality client support. Rula handles administrative tasks such as marketing, insurance verification, credentialing, billing, and compliance, allowing therapists to concentrate solely on client care.
- Managing client sessions
- Utilizing outcome measures for progress tracking
- Adhering to ethical standards and confidentiality regulations
- Working flexibly with compensation based on session reimbursement
- Receiving support through clinical leadership, peer consultations, and a provider community
Qualifications And Skills
- Must be licensed as an LP in Tennessee
- Capable of providing telehealth services
- Strong clinical skills and professionalism
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Experience with insurance processes and outcome measurement is advantageous
