Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate therapy sessions via telehealth to individuals, couples, and children.
• Maintain a minimum of 15 sessions and 20 hours of weekly availability.
• Utilize modern clinical technology, such as telehealth platforms and EHR tools.
• Support client progress through measurable goals.

Qualifications and Skills

• Licensed in Missouri as an LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or PhD (Psychologist).
• Comfortable working independently and with diverse client needs.

Key Duties

• Provide flexible, remote clinical services with administrative support handling billing, credentialing, and scheduling.
• Build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing.
• Participate in ongoing training, clinical supervision, and community engagement.
