About the Role

This position involves providing behavioral health services as a licensed clinician, with the flexibility to conduct telehealth or in-person sessions. The role emphasizes clinical autonomy, allowing practitioners to set their own schedules and client load.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals, couples, and families.
• Engage clients using a measurement-informed approach to track progress and outcomes.
• Uphold shared standards of care, actively reviewing clinical measures during sessions.
• Participate in case consultations, office hours, and ongoing professional development.
• Maintain licensure and comply with clinical standards.

Requirements

• Licensed as LMFT, LCSW, or LPC in California.
• Ability to provide telehealth and/or in-person therapy.
• Strong clinical skills with a commitment to quality and client progress.
• Excellent communication and professional judgment.
