About the role

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and updating the comprehensive care plans for our residents. You’ll play a crucial role in providing leadership, supervision, and direct care to our residents, ensuring the highest quality care is delivered with compassion and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and update comprehensive care plans for residents
• Provide leadership and supervision to nursing staff
• Deliver direct care to residents with compassion and professionalism
• Assess, plan, and implement individualized care for residents
• Maintain knowledge of state and federal rules and regulations governing nursing practices

Requirements

• Current RN License in Oregon
• Ability to assess, plan, and implement individualized care
• Leadership skills and commitment to high-quality care delivery
• Understanding of state and federal regulations governing nursing practices
