Join a dedicated healthcare team as an RN (H) Telemetry, providing direct nursing care in a hospital setting. Responsibilities Include Applying medical-surgical nursing standards to enhance patient care and quality of life.Establishing effective relationships with patients, families, and the healthcare team to develop personalized care plans.Using the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient outcomes.Considering physical, cultural, social, economic, and spiritual factors in patient management.Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and communicating effectively to support patient-centered decision-making.Educating patients and families on health measures to promote recovery and comfort.Mentoring colleagues and fostering a positive work environment.Applying evidence-based practices tailored to patient age and clinical needs.Performing point of care testing and other duties as assigned, ensuring safety and professionalism. Qualifications And Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program or equivalent.Current RN license and BLS certification in the relevant state(s).Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform patient care activities.Strong communication skills and cultural sensitivity. Key Duties Providing comprehensive nursing care on night shifts, including monitoring, assessments, and interventions.Participating in care planning, documentation, and patient education.Supporting a collaborative, ethical, and compassionate healthcare environment.
