Part Time - Registered Nurse

Location: Phoenix (Peoria), AZ – Part-Time (19 Hours Per Week)

As a Laser Hair Removal Provider, you will deliver safe, effective treatments while helping clients build confidence and achieve long-term results. In Milan’s structured clinic environment, you’ll combine medical expertise, patient education, and compassionate care to ensure every client feels informed, comfortable, and supported throughout their journey. Schedule

• 2 days per week (rotating schedule):
• Week 1: Monday & Friday
• Week 2: Monday & Saturday

Responsibilities

• Perform laser hair removal treatments following Milan’s established medical protocols and safety standards
• Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care to ensure safe and effective results
• Document treatments accurately and maintain compliant medical records
• Prepare treatment rooms and equipment to ensure safe and efficient client flow
• Maintain a clean, professional clinical environment between treatments
• Discuss treatment progress with clients and recommend additional treatment areas when appropriate
• Encourage client reviews and referrals through excellent service
• Support daily clinic operations including scheduling, confirming appointments, and maintaining client records
• Assist with opening and closing duties and treatment room preparation
• Perform minor maintenance and cleaning of laser equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Collaborate with clinic leadership and team members to support clinic goals and client satisfaction

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Passion for providing exceptional patient care and client service
• Strong communication skills and the ability to educate clients clearly and confidently
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and clinical protocols
• Interest in the aesthetics industry and helping clients achieve confidence-building results
• After completing training, ability to support onboarding and training of new providers
