Part Time - Registered Nurse

About the role

As a Laser Hair Removal Provider, you will deliver safe, effective treatments while helping clients build confidence and achieve long-term results. In Milan’s structured clinic environment, you’ll combine medical expertise, patient education, and compassionate care to ensure every client feels informed, comfortable, and supported throughout their journey.

Responsibilities

• Perform laser hair removal treatments according to medical protocols and safety standards.
• Educate and guide clients on treatment plans, expected results, and pre/post-care.
• Deliver a professional, welcoming experience where clients feel informed and confident.
• Prepare treatment rooms, flip rooms between clients, and maintain clinic cleanliness.
• Partner with clinic teams to support daily operations and clinic sales goals.
• Document treatments accurately and maintain compliant medical records.
• Discuss treatment progress with clients and recommend additional treatment areas when appropriate.
• Encourage client reviews and referrals through excellent service.
• Support daily clinic operations including scheduling, confirming appointments, and maintaining client records.
• Assist with opening and closing duties and treatment room preparation.
• Perform minor maintenance and cleaning of laser equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Passion for providing exceptional patient care and client service.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to educate clients clearly and confidently.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and clinical protocols.
• Interest in the aesthetics industry and helping clients achieve confidence-building results.

Schedule

This is a part-time position, working 19 hours per week, 2 days per week on a rotating schedule. The schedule alternates between Week 1: Monday & Friday and Week 2: Monday & Saturday.
