Part Time - Registered Nurse

About the Role

Join a not-for-profit organization dedicated to providing quality senior housing and services in a Christian environment. As a Long Term Care Registered Nurse (RN), you will deliver individualized nursing care using the full nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to plan and evaluate care.
• Coordinate resident assessments.
• Serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel.
• Ensure safe, reliable resident care.
• Provide education and support within scope of practice.
• Operate within nursing standards and ethical guidelines.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Active RN license with no encumbrances.
• Preferred bachelor’s degree in nursing.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required competencies and certifications.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of resident care standards and ethical practices.

Schedule

Night shifts with rotating weekends and holidays.
