Key Responsibilities
- Assess patient conditions, record observations, and communicate effectively.
- Serve as primary coordinator for comprehensive patient care.
- Follow physician and nursing orders accurately.
- Cook discharge planning with healthcare team members.
Qualifications & Skills
- Current Registered Nurse licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing or a multi-state license.
- Diploma from an accredited nursing program or equivalent professional licensure.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 1 month of hire, accepted from American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
