About the role

The Inpatient RN delivers comprehensive patient care in a clinical setting, following established standards and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients
• Develop and implement care plans
• Administer treatments, medications, and diagnostic studies
• Evaluate patient responses
• Direct ancillary personnel and delegate tasks
• Ensure effective communication to meet physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and families
• Promote teamwork
• Participate in quality and safety initiatives
• Support evidence-based practices
• Provide direct patient care
• Coordinate care plans
• Collaborate with healthcare team members
• Adapt to changing patient needs
• Troubleshoot equipment
• Participate in unit and organizational improvements

Qualifications

• Graduate from a specialty nursing training program (required)

• Interest in Cardiac Nursing Care
• Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
• Experience in cardiac care (advantageous but not mandatory)
