Part Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)-KORTKids-Madison, IN

About the role

KORT Kids Madison, IN is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join their dynamic team. The RBT will work 1:1 with children with Autism diagnoses, implementing ABA programs and Behavior Intervention Plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA services based on Verbal Behavior and Applied Behavior Analysis principles.
• Collect and record data based on observable client behavior.
• Deliver care in accordance with the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis for children served by RUSH Kids Pediatric Therapy.
• Provide direct treatment and document for patients requiring ABA services.
• Maintain ongoing documentation of goals, progress, and medical necessity.
• Communicate with parents and staff about the child’s program and ensure clear understanding of behavior plans.
• Participate in facility meetings and clinical in-services.
• Adhere to policies and procedures, complete required trainings, and maintain compliance with regulations.
• Ensure efficient use of time and effective communication with colleagues, patients, and third-party payers.

Requirements

• High school diploma required.
• Experience in pediatric healthcare settings or daycares preferred.
• CPR certification preferred or to be completed upon hire.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Behavioral Analysis preferred.
• Pediatric behavioral technician experience preferred.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.

Skills

• Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
• Computer skills for documentation, billing, and reporting.

Training is provided. Work Schedule: Part Time Monday-Friday 8:00a.m.-12:00p.m. Compensation: Starting at $18/hour.
